- TAVS Monthly meeting: Canadian Hybridizers Presented by: Sayeh Beheshti, TAVS Tuesday, Jan. 15, 7:30 pm – Garden Hall Can you name any Canadian African violet hybrids in your collection? Join Sayeh for an introduction to our rich African violet heritage and learn about some fascinating hybridizers who have given us remarkable hybrids. There will a wide selection Canadian hybrids as well as regular violets for sale, many of which will be mature enough to enter our April show.

He will introduce you to plants that you can grow right next to your violets.

- TAVS Annual Show and Sale Theme: "Violets for all Seasons” Sunday, April 21, 10am - 4:30 pm Admission: Adults: $2 Our annual show is the “must-see” event for the indoor gardener. It gives you a chance to see and learn about unusual and exotic African violets and their relatives. You can attend informative presentations on a variety of topics (complimentary with Show admission fee), as well as purchase plants, leaves and supplies.
